Depending on stock availability and order volume, orders require 3–5 working days to process. Deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday. SF Express's cold transport generally delivers packages between 10:00-19:00. The actual delivery time depends on weather, district, and traffic conditions. The driver will call prior to delivery, and you may reschedule for another time with the driver if needed. You can also choose to pick up your package at over 100 refrigerated locations at your convenience.
