運送政策
所有符合條件的訂單均可免費送貨*。顧客可以在購物車頁面上選擇可供送貨的日期。
*每單淨雞產品需購物滿至少8件/每單淨牛產品需購物滿至少10件,可享免費送貨(包括順豐站自取)。
送貨服務由第三方物流公司負責,設有專屬冷運車隊人員,溫控配送網絡覆蓋香港島、九龍、及新界大部分地區,包括東涌、愉景灣、馬灣、及南大嶼山。(不包括遍遠地區:南丫島、長洲、坪洲等地區及禁區。)
冷運快遞派送服務為上午9時至晚上7時,實際派送時間況視乎當日天氣、貨量及路面情況。司機會在派送當日預先致電,如有需要可向當值司機安排另一個送貨時間。如司機無法聯繫您,快遞會在第二天再次嘗試派送。如快遞在第二次嘗試時仍然無法交付,訂單將被擱置。再次發送訂單,物流公司將收取$55服務費。
顧客亦可於超過100個指定自取點(詳細地址請查閱設有冷凍自取服務之順豐營業點)自取冷運快件,無需在家等待。貨到時會以短訊通知閣下拎取;提供2天自取期,取件時間更具彈性。
如物流公司因錯誤的送貨資料而無法派送,或在出貨後臨時更改送貨地址,再次發送訂單,物流公司將收取$55服務費。
我們不承擔因食品交付後無人看管而可能產生的所有責任。這包括但不限於盜竊、篡改、污染及因溫度變化而導致的食品質量變化。
如訂單未達指定數量,顧客需補回物流運費;若申請退款,平台將扣除必要之平台手續費及信用卡手續費,退款金額將以扣除後的餘額為準。

*To enjoy free shipping (Including SF Express pick-up locations), a minimum of 8 pieces of chicken products / a minimum of 10 pieces of beef products per order is required.
The delivery service is handled by a third-party logistics company with dedicated cold fleet personnel. The temperature-controlled distribution network covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and most of the New Territories, including Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, and South Lantau Island. (Excluding remote areas: Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau and restricted areas.)
Our delivery service is available from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., the actual delivery time depends on the weather, volume, and road conditions. The driver will call in advance on the day of delivery, the delivery time can be rearranged with the driver on duty. If the driver is unable to contact you, the courier will try delivery again the next day. If the courier still fails to deliver on the second attempt, the order will be put on hold. The shipping company will charge a $55 service fee to send your order again.
You can also pick up your package at more than 100 designated pick-up points without waiting at home. (For store locations, please refer to SF Store Locations with Cold Chain Service available.) When the goods are ready to be picked up, they will notify you by SMS, providing a 2-day self-pickup period for a more flexible pickup time.
If the logistics company is unable to deliver due to incorrect delivery information or temporarily changes the delivery address after shipment, a $55 service fee will be charged for sending the order again.
We do not accept all liability that may arise as a result of food being left unattended after delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, theft, tampering, contamination, and changes in food quality due to temperature changes.
If an order does not meet the required minimum quantity, customers must cover the logistics costs. In the case of a refund request, the platform will deduct the applicable platform fees and credit card processing fees, and the refund amount will be based on the remaining balance after such deductions.
